In this guide, I will provide you with some tips to ensure your success as you go through the Online Coaching Supervision (ONCS) training in the PHI Learning Portal. These tips cover some of the most common questions for this training. If you have additional questions, be sure to email [email protected] for help.
Change your password
You will receive your username and temporary password in your email. Once you login with the temporary password, go to your My Profile and change your password. Be sure to keep your password safe.
Go to the course home page
On the PHI Coaching Supervision course home page you will be able to:
- Learn more about the training
- Register for both sessions
- Download your course materials
- Download your Certificate of Completion
To get to the home page, go to your My Courses page. Click the Start button to enter the course to access the course home page. Don't worry, this will not start the training.
Register for both sessions
To register for the training sessions for both days, click Day 1 Phi Coaching Supervision at the bottom of the course home page.
Then click the Register button. Repeat this for Day 2.
You will see a confirmation that you have registered successfully. In addition, you will see the Join button. It will be inactive until 15 minutes before the training begins (i.e. 8:45AM EST).
Please register for both Day 1 and Day 2 sessions.
On the day of the training, come back and click the Join button. If you have trouble joining the session, please contact your instructor or send an email to [email protected].
Download your course materials
Prior to the Day 1 session, please be sure to download your course materials. You will find these located in the files tab on the course home page.
Download your Certificate of Completion
Your Certificate of Completion will be available for download on the course home page after you've completed Day 2. You will see a link to download the certificate. You will need to attend both days and be marked "present" in order to receive your certificate.
